Thursday night continues a First Alert Weather Impact Day. Scattered thunderstorms are possible late Thursday afternoon into the later nighttime hours. Some storms may produce hail, but those will mainly remain west of the Kansas City Metro.
Saturday is also a First Alert Weather Impact Day. Thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon and evening with rain and numerous thunderstorms likely.
Back to Thursday, the low for the evening will get down into the middle 40s. Things get much warmer and windier on Friday and Saturday. Highs climb up into the 70s and 80s with wind gusts up to 45 mph.
The next chance for rain and storms then arrives late Saturday evening as previously mentioned. Some of those storms could get severe. Highs in the 70s are likely on Saturday
KC dries out for Sunday and into next week, with daytime high temperatures closer to seasonal norms in the 60s.
