Being present in the moment can alleviate stress. Here's how to bring yourself back:
-Squeeze and release your muscles to feel your body.
-Take deep belly breaths.
-Notice the smell, taste and appearance of your food at mealtimes.
-Relax into a peaceful activity, like coloring or listening to music.
