" PALAK KE PAKORE "
Mix 1½ cup besan/ gram flour, ¾ ts salt, ¾ ts chilli powder, ¾ ts crushed chillies, ½ ts whole black pepper, 1 ts full whole coriander seeds, ½ ts full whole pomegranate seeds and ¾ ts kasuri methi/ dried fenugreek leaves and water. Add baby spinach/ palak 100 g, sliced 1 md sz onion and mix. Add 1 more cup gram flour, add water and rest for 10-15 mins. Fry them in hot oil on medium heat.
