Alexandra Golikov is not a normal teenager. Health and fitness are a way of life for Alex. It's zero hour and she is already working out. Alex feels that sometimes it's hard for teenage girls to feel good about their bodies. That's why, with the help of a few of her friends at Lewis and Clark High School, she organized an all girls fitness club, called Tiger FFIT. Tiger FFIT is design to help girls make positive changes in their health and fitness.
