Microsoft added Android app support on Windows 11 with the launch of Windows Subsystem for Android. But even if your Windows 11 PC can run Android apps smoothly, you might still be underwhelmed with the experience. That’s because it uses the Amazon Appstore, which offers just a fraction of the apps available on the Google Play Store.
However, there is a way to install the Play Store and run apps from it in Windows 11. There is a repository on GitHub called MagiskOnWSALocal that integrates Google Play Store into WSA (Windows Subsystem for Android). As this is a GitHub project, it's trustworthy and completely malware-free.
