There are two best diet changes to make to battle knee arthritis. I'm talking about knee osteoarthritis. Intermittent fasting has picked up steam over the past several years, and there's a lot of inflammatory aspects to having higher blood sugar and insulin in your body. It also creates more irritation inside of joints.
