Use this Qigong Standing Meditation daily to enhance focus and concentration, bring awareness and balance into your daily life. If you notice your mind begin to wander, bring your attention back to your body and simply observe the sensations inside.
You can use this technique in the morning, evening, before a meeting, after a meeting, any time you need to feel present or grounded with yourself. Especially good if you are feeling ANXIOUS or STRESSED.
