Color Theory can be tricky and frustrating to understand when you are a beginner. I know when I was as a beginner painter, I had issues trying to understand Color Theory and mixing colors.

For this 3 part color theory series, Color Theory 101, I will be focusing on understanding the relationships of colors and the effect colors have on each other, color mixing, and choosing color schemes for your pieces of art.

So this first video in the series will be focusing on the color wheel, and the relationships of colors and how they effect each other. I will also teach you how to read the color wheel. I will explain what primary colors, secondary colors, tertiary colors, and complementary colors are.

I will also be demystify misconceptions about the color wheel.
