Ingredients
• 3 Cups Water
• 1 Cup Semolina
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 10 Cheese cubes
• Oil for fry
• Bread crumbs as required
Corn flour slurry
• 1 tbsp Corn flour
• ½ cup water
Method
1. In a pan, heat some water and let it boil.
2. To this add red chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and salt. Then to this add some suji.
3. Once it cooks let it cool down.
4. In mixing bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour with ½ cup water. Mix without any lumbs. Our corn flour slurry is ready. Keep aside.
5. Then take a small portion of rava, flatten the mix, add the cheese in the middle and make roundels. Then dip in corn flour slurry till they are evenly coated from all the sides. Then dust it with bread curmbs.
6. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep-fry the balls a few at time on a medium flame till they are golden brown in colour from all the sides.
7. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
