Babyjaws can be found swimming around yellowjaws in the area on the far right of the map, above the silo. The easiest way to catch a babyjaw is to first catch a yellowjaw, then buy repel upgrades with the yellowjaw on the line. By doing so, the yellowjaw leading the school should leave you alone.
