Per fare questa focaccia morbida occorre mettere 270 grammi di acqua tiepida in una capiente ciotola. Vi aggiungiamo 5 grammi di lievito di birra e 5 grammi di zucchero,sciogliamo e lasciamo riposare un minuto.
Aggiungiamo all'impasto della focaccia 500 grammi di farina bianca,30 grammi di olio,e 5 grammi di sale.
Lavoriamo il nostro impasto con un cucchiaio e poi a mano per 6-7 minuti.
Creiamo una palla e la mettiamo a lievitare per 30 minuti coperta con la bacinella .
Dopo 30 minuti o comunque quando ha raddippiato la dimensione la schiacciamo in una teglia,deve avere uno spessore di un centimetro.
Mettiamo la nostra focaccia morbida a lievitare in forno spento a 30 gradi per altri 30 minuti.
Quando avrà riempito la teglia con la sua lievitazione,circa 30-40 minuti,la teniamo fuori mentre il forno salirà a 200°.
Inforniamo a forno già a 200° per circa 12 minuti.
Coprire appena sfornato con un panno per qualche minuto.
