柳智宇身上曾有過許多標簽：奧林匹克數學競賽金牌獲得者，保送北大數學系，麻省理工全額獎學金錄取……2010年，他放棄這一切，在龍泉寺出家。2022年，他決定還俗，也戀愛、結婚，以一個心理行業從業者的身份，回到了一個普通人的生活中。

Winning the gold medal of Mathematical Olympiad, admitted to the Math Department of Peking University by recommendation, admitted to MIT with full scholarship... Liu Zhiyu had a lot of honors. While in 2010, he chose to gave up everything and become a monk in the Longquan Temple. In 2022, he decided to resume secular life, started a relationship and got married later. Now he lives an ordinary life and works as a psychology practitioner.
