On October 14th, 2020 I had the great pleasure to be the first speaker at the first-ever virtual convention of 52 Plus Joker - the world's largest playing card collector's club.

I realize that this talk includes a lot of material at a fast pace. I was allowed a 30 minute time slot, followed by a 30 minute Q&A session. With such a short time to discuss a broad topic, I had to keep each section brief.

Marked cards are a fascinating topic with a long history, I hope you enjoy this presentation.
