This was my first attempt at a healthy whole food OIL FREE GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE, and it came out tasting great! This is totally SOS free, no added salt, oil, or sugar. The only thing I would change is adding more green beans! I would use at least two pounds. I am going to take this to Thanksgiving along with some mashed potatoes, and that will make a great meal for me! I hope you enjoy the video!
