Let's settle the debate for the Best Rocket Launcher Damage Perk. Is Bait and Switch or Bipod better? Bait and Switch is and will remain the best meta damage perk for Rocket Launchers and I honestly don't know how we got to the point where we are comparing a perk that reduces the damage output.

The target dummy will be Phryzhia the First Boss from the Grasp of Avarice dungeon.
Before damage I rally with Triple Reserves and during damage I will use Triple Surge mods with Rain of Fire as the Exotic armor for instant Reload.

The Total Damage calculation is a result of the Total Shots Fired multiplied by the Impact and Explosion Damage with all buffs active (Surges, Well of Radiance, Damage perk).
The DPS calculation is a result of the Total Damage output divided with the Time from the first trigger pull until the last shot hit.
The Wolfpack Rounds Damage is calculated based on an average of 7.8 Explosion and Impact damage per Rocket fired.

All Rockets were tested with Impact Casing as their default Magazine.

You can mix and match for the rotation of each Rocket to benefit one or the other. I compared them only with Iza since it's the most common weapon used in a damage rotation.
