Ingredients:
all purpose flour or bread flour 800g
moringa / malunggay 30g
salt 10g
cane sugar 200g
oil 70g
water 350ml
yeast 15g
I used fresh malunggay / moringa because for me it is more nutritious to use than dried or powder
no egg ingredients because this recipe is for vegan people.
if you want to put an egg, you can use a 1 yolk and 1 eggs.
cooking time 20 to 25 minutes for 150c oven
