JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska--Soldiers of the 1st Squadron (Airborne) 40th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), trained on civil disturbance techniques at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Thursday, July 25, 2013. The training provided a team-based environment for the Soldiers to familiarize themselves with crowd control, and civil disturbance situations they might encounter in a deployed environment that call for a non-lethal response or tactics.
