What? A music video from 1906? This short film is a French experimental sound film known as a Phonoscène. The antecedent to the music video, Phonoscène’s feature actors lip-synching to a sound recording. The film and audio recordings were then synchronized via a Chronophone.

This film as been upscaled to 2K and colored via AI.

This March 2023 restoration is by far the best print you are going to find of this rare film. We used Adobe Premiere and AI coloring to achieve these results. Stay tuned after the feature to view a stunning before and after comparison of the restoration process.
