Allrrighhtyyy! I managed to upload this video before without the subtitles showing up, so here is the fresh updated version :)

For just over a week now, I've been staying at a Buddhist temple.
My days have been following a very different routine to one that I am used to, but through this, I have been exposed to a very different way of life.

Every day, I've been receiving teachings from one of the monks here, Ajahn Suthep.
He told me how he wishes to spread his knowledge with the world, and said I could record some of his lessons so that I could share them with many more people.

In this short video, my teacher talks a little bit about the nature of suffering, and why meditation is key in helping in relieving it. A common phrase I hear a lot here, is about 'staying in the middle path'.
I may not have grasped Suthep's meanings exactly, but I've tried my best to explain his words a little bit more.

I never knew much about Buddhism before, but even now I realise just how much there still is to learn.
I find myself wanting to know more and more, and have been enjoying incorporating some mindful practices into my daily life.

I also never expected to be in this situation, but it's funny how life unfolds, isn't it?
I can only say thankyou for being able to be here, and learn from a wise being.
