PLN’s efforts with the Government to achieve a national electrification rate of 100% by 2020 have shown encouraging results. In 2018, the electrification rate reached 98.3%, exceeding the target of 97.5%.
This achievement was the result of PLN’s consistency in completing power plants, substations, distribution units and transmission network projects in previously un-electrified areas.
PLN also committed to provide the best service to customers by improving the quality and reliability of power supply.
