TIPS TO USE FIMININE WASH
(1) If there is no infection, not necessary to use feminine wash every day. Maybe some of you won't get used to this, Because you usually wash everyday, even thougn twice a day 3 times a day, so if you don’t do that, just every 2 days or once a week, or not wash until you have infection, you will feel unclean. But, that is just your feeling, not really. actually rinsing with tap water is enough. Using too much feminine wash can inadvertently remove the beneficial bacteria that colonize the vagina. Normally,in vagina, there are always beneficial bacteria which help balancing pH level of vagina. If for some reason, beneficial bacteria are disturbed, there will be a chance for harmful bacteria causing infection
(2) Wash once a day at maximum. May be used more often on menstrual days. Menstrual blood is alkaline and raises the pH of the vagina. When blood flows through the vagina and is absorbed into a tampon or pad, it can increase the pH level of the vagina.
Besides, in case of that you often get vaginitis after intercourse and you don’t want to have baby, your partner should use feminine wash before intercourse, and you use after. Semen is alkaline, which can increase the growth of certain bacteria.

(4) Only wash the outside of the vagina, do not douche deep in the vagina
Douching not only increases vaginal pH, but also increases the growth of harmful bacteria in general.
(5) Do not apply the solution directly to the genitals. Put a few drops on your palm, water it with a little water and then rub it. Rub for 15-20 seconds then rinse with clean water.
(6) Drying after washing , you should have a small towel used exclusively for your genital organ, should not be shared with other towels, and must change this towel often, on average every 1-2 days.
(7) Wash from front to back, ie from the vulva to the area near anus, and one way, do not go around, avoid pulling bacteria from the anus to the vagina.
(8) Do not mix salt water by yourself unless directed by your doctor
