This system allows the production of round or polygonal poles these sections are produced through the press brake thanks to its flexibility to create diameters,thicknesses and different shapes.
This systems consists in a back and front gauge.

When synchronized with the ccurl press brake, it allows the sheet metal positioning exactly where it has to be bent.

The number of b.g. fingers is variable, depending on the length of the machine and the type of precision to be obtained.

Technical features:
· X Axis - Moving on (recirculating)-ball screw guides.
· R axes: Hardened and grinded rack on pinion, with double all-bearing guide.
· Z axes: Hardened and grinded rack on pinion, with double all-bearing guide.
· X-2 axes: X2 moves to front and back ± 125mm .
