Ingredients
600 g beef
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon flour
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons butter
20 g tomato sauce
500 ml water
Bay Leaf
Preparation
•Cut meat into walnut size grains.
•Cook the meat with olive oil until it takes color and then add the onion.
•Let them cook together and release their natural juices.
•Add salt and pepper and mix again.
•Add the flour and stir carefully until they take color.
•Pour in the sauce then the boiling water.
•Add and bay leaves.
•Leave to simmer until the meat is softened and the fluids are thickened.
•Serve it with white pilaf
