Hi Everyone,
In this video we will learn how to do Paripurna Navasana or the Full Boat Pose. This pose is great for strengthening the core muscles and toning the abdominal organs.
We will start with some preparatory poses to warmup the core and the spine and then work our way towards Navasana. Once you are ready, let's hop on to the mat and get going!
