About: If you are pregnant, you are faced with the decision on if you want to get the covid 19 vaccine or not. Pregnant women are at a higher risk of severe disease and death if infected with covid than women of similar age and health. But covid 19 vaccine trials didn't include pregnant women in their clinical trials. So we don't have the clinical data to say for sure that it is safe, but that doesn't mean that it is not safe. Based on everything we know about vaccinations, and MRNA science, it is believed that the vaccines are safe for pregnant women and may offer protection for your baby when they are born.
