Emile Cuello scored with four minutes to go in extra time to send No. 6 seed Phoenix Rising FC to a 2-1 victory against No. 2 seed Orange County SC in the Western Conference Semifinals of the 2023 USL Championship Playoffs, giving the two-time Western Conference title winner a second consecutive road upset in extra time this postseason.
