Champions are not made when the game is easy.
And 2020 has most certainty not been an easy year for most.
The Misogi principle is about doing one thing a year that is so difficult, that it changes the other 364 days of the year. It's a wake up call for your life because it pushes you outside of your limits to grow and expand.
When you look back after your "Misogi event" you are looking back with a difference perspective. You are different, you have changed, you have grown. Those events in your life that seemed so difficult at the time are now easy, because you have become better.
Never wish for things to be easy, wish for you to be better.
I challenge you to find something in 2021 that is incredibly difficult for you right now, that you are forced to grow as a person to deal with that particular challenge. Pick something that is a goal for you to achieve, whether that is running a race, climbing a mountain, anything that is a challenge for you right now. Go after it in 2021 and challenge yourself.
I wish you all the best as we come to the end of 2020 and enter into 2021.
