Zornitsa is a residential complex in the Black Sea town of Burgas. It is located between the complexes Lazur and Izgrev. The complex is bordered to the north by. Nikola Petkov, on the west the big boulevard. Stefan Stambolov separates it from Petko Rachov Slaveykov complex, to the south with Lazur complex, and to the east through Dimitar Dimov Boulevard with "Park Lake" and Lake Atanasovskoe. Zornitsa is a medium-sized complex with a population of 10,562 as of 2017.

The complex has good infrastructure and location, the construction consists mostly of panel and brick blocks, with the tallest blocks being 19-storey. Recently there has been construction of modern condominiums and buildings in the complex. In the Zornitsa complex there is a sports hall "Boycho Branzov". Also located there are the "Penyo Penev" Vocational School of Building Construction and Installations, as well as the "Geo Milev" High School for English Language Teaching and the "Johann Goethe" High School for German Language Teaching. There is one primary school in the complex - Georgi Benkovski Primary School, and one kindergarten - 2 Zvezditsa Zornitsa Primary School. In the neighborhood there are also some health care facilities such as the largest hospital in Southeastern Bulgaria - UMHAT Burgas (former District Hospital), the First Medical Center, the Interdistrict Dispensary for Oncological Diseases, as well as the University Hospital Burgas, the first two are located in close proximity to each other. To the east of the zh. Zornitsa is also the Regional Dispensary for Mental Diseases "Prof. Dr. Ivan Temkov".
