This is the best will to live online money and xp grind spot I know of. At lvl 20-25 for what I know. I leveled up from 21-23 in around two hours, which is from an amateur folks! This is more of what you should do when you reach lvl 20, and showing off what you can get, rather then to show you an in depth tutorial of how to properly grind and make the most xp.
