One early Sunday morning, right here in Trinidad, I was getting in run along the designated red path along the western main road in Chaguaramas and after I had this craving for Chicken and Waffles, so in this one, we explore two spots that was open early in the morning that could have satisfied by the calling of my tummy, but I did get in some exercise just before so no worries.
