- Take 3 deep breaths before bed
- Use a couple of drops of lavender oil
- Drink chamomile tea
- No screens 2 hours before bed
- Cut out alcohol and caffeine before bed
- Have an Epsom salt bath
- Do facial acupressure points
- List your gratitudes before sleep
- And if you can’t sleep don’t worry, just rest in your bed!
