Single Serve Peach Cobbler (healthier alternative, vegan & gluten-free)🤩 This is such a fun and easy dessert idea for summer☀️ If you aren’t coeliac/intolerant to gluten/IBS sufferer, you can of course use wheat flour in this☺️

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons gluten-free all purpose flour mix
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 - 4 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup, to taste
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 peach sliced*

1. Mix the dry ingredients together
2. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine
3. Place the peach slices into a greased ramekin and top with the batter
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees/350 in Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes
5. Add your toppings and enjoy!
