What type of relationships do you tend to be involved in?

Independent?
Codependent?
Interdependent?

Co-dependent relationships seem to be on many people’s radar as very unhealthy, however, they can be a trauma response.

Independence seems to be what everyone wants to attain - but we do need to rely on other people for connection!

Interdependent relationships seem to be a balance in the middle if you can hold strong and clear boundaries.
