Salted Caramel
50g (¼ cup) sugar
50g (3⅓ tbsp.) cream
10g (2 tsp.) butter
1/6 tsp. salt
3g (1/2 tsp.) vanilla

Thai Tea Buttercream
80g (⅓ cup) hot milk
6g (1 tbsp.) thai tea
3 yolks
35g (2⅔ tbsp.) granulated sugar
113g (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened
5g (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
