How I make my own very simple deodorant using only 3 ingredients! (+ optional essential oils)
I love this deodorant and find it works better than any other natural deodorants I've tried.
Just mix together...
- 1 part baking soda
- 2 parts arrowroot powder (I think you can also use cornstarch)
- 3 parts coconut oil (softened so it's easier to mix)
Optional: essential oil for scent - research the oil you use to make sure it's okay to go on skin/armpits
You can easily adjust the quantities- I found it best to start with less baking soda because people can be sensitive to it and see how it works, you can add more or less as you prefer it. You can also add more or less arrowroot to make it thicker or thinner.
Some people are sensitive to baking soda deodorants, and in that case I recommend Meow Meow Tweet Baking Soda Free Deodorant, here's my review: [ Ссылка ]
What do you use for deodorant? Do you make your own?
