While there are many excellent examples of bravery and leadership that emerged from WWII, the one that people are most likely familiar with is Major Dick Winters, whose story was made popular by the book and series Band of Brothers. In this episode, we're returning to Brecourt Manor with Erik Dorr of The Gettysburg Museum of History to bring some of the artifacts of Dick Winters to the very spot where he led an assault the resulted in him being awarded the Distinguished Service Cross. We also will see a special presentation to the Utah Beach Museum. Enjoy!
