noisy neighbour getting aggressive when told to put their music down, turned to banging around 7 months later, council and police defend and support them and are pursuing an ASBO against me for 3 episodes of DIY in 1.5 years, her / their false allegations with no evidence, and the simple act of asking them to stop making noise.
