The release of the new DEWALT DCF900 was shocking as the specifications rocked the battery-operated impact wrench world. The DEWALT DCF900 took the #1 spot in the @TorqueTestChannel list and is very impressive and hard-hitting. In the real world, we wanted to put it up against the Milwaukee Tool 2863-20 and feel the differences. TTC already proved it was more powerful, so we wanted to see the other differences.
The main thing that we see is the vibrations felt between the two tools. You should also be able to see this on video. The fact that the DEWALT has a slower IPM and a harder-hitting impact sure does transfer the feeling to your arm. The Milwaukee Tool impact is faster hitting and more smooth. Very visible in the video.
What one is right for you? We discuss that near the end of the video so be sure to watch everything!
