SANDUSKY (Kate Murphy) -- Ohio's Amusement Park Ride Inspector will not be investigating Saturday's accident at Cedar Point.
The state only investigates accidents when a victim is admitted to the hospital or stays overnight.
Two people were hurt Saturday night when a cable snapped on the Skyhawk swing ride.
The Department of Agriculture inspectors plan on visiting later this week to talk with park officials and the ride's manufacturer.
They will need to sign off on the ride before it can reopen.
