Great for experimenting with your own creations, the Oracle™ Jet’s new Cold Drink options brew at lower temperatures, to produce coffee with more mellow and less acidic notes. To enjoy chilled coffees from your own home, follow along as we show you how to set up your Oracle™ Jet to make Cold Espressos and Cold Brews with deliciously light and smooth flavor profiles.

Cold Espresso (00:25):
1. Adjust the Oracle™ Jet to a finer grind size (the machine will prompt you to do this).
2. Grind your chosen coffee beans.
3. Increase your Oracle™ Jet grind size back to its initial setting (the machine will prompt you to do this).
4. Run a pre-purge by selecting the Brew icon.
5. Let the water run for approximately five seconds.
6. Tap the brew button again to stop water flow.
7. Insert and lock the portafilter into the group head and brew your cold espresso.

Cold Brew (01:21):
1. When making a Cold Brew there’s no need to alter the grind size. Simply grind your chosen coffee beans using your usual grind settings.
2. Run a pre-purge by selecting the Brew icon.
3. Let the water run for approximately five seconds.
4. Tap the brew button again to stop water flow.
5. Press the Brew button and wait roughly 3 minutes for extraction to complete.
6. Add a dash of milk or enjoy as it is.

Tip: Add ice to your Cold Drinks, to make them as refreshing as possible.
