Grab a bottle of lotion. Be mindful of the scented stuff since pregnancy can make her sense of smell extra sensitive! Get her situated comfortably. Use some pillows to prop her up, get her something cold to drink (nope, not beer). Maybe light a few candles… ⁣

Be sure to check in on pressure. Everyone has different needs and desires when it comes to the amount of force that is applied, so communicate and tailor it to what the person prefers! This can be done as often as you’d like, so feel free to make it a nightly ritual with your loved one! ⁣

It’s not uncommon for the feet to expand when pregnant. Many women will go up a shoe size after being pregnant. The extra hormone relaxin that is circulating in the body can cause the ligaments to stretch and the feet can expand as a result. So show some love and get to rubbing those tootsies! ⁣
