A gentle, moving-through-lethargy and bringing-in-vibrancy practice! I'm sure we could all do with some of that right now... The practice starts off gently, bringing us back into our bodies, into alignment and into breath. We greet the legs, hips and spine before coming off the ground for our first full body stretch as Downward Dog. This leads us into a light series of Standing Poses followed by deep front thigh (aggression) releasers, satisfying twists, delicious leg, groin, outer hip openers before ending in Savasana. Advanced students could use this to lead into Sirsasana, Sarvangasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana. Hope this helps us to feel calm. Let me know how you are! Made with 💗 Cat
