This is a short video on the results of my winter weather garden protection. A dry deep freeze is much more forgiving than the big winter storm we got in 2021; winter storm Elliott plunged us into several nights of lows in the teens and low twenties, but without any freezing rain or ice, the garden is mostly unharmed.

We're now looking forward to warmer rainy weather over the next few weeks. If you can make it past the few dry deep freezes we get during typical central Texas winters, you can keep your garden growing year round!
