Hey, ya'll! Welcome to DAY 8 (WEEK 2!) of the BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 DAYS OF YOGA TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. Today's practice is a SACRAL CHAKRA practice. The Sacral Chakra is located below the navel & is responsible for sexuality, creative expression, & emotions. Many of the poses we do will open the hips to help activate this chakra. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. Come out of any postures that don't feel right & take rests if you need to.
