Bakra Eid Special Beef Nalli Nihari With Homemade Nihari Masala/ Best Nihari Recipe
Nihari Masala: (Whole Spice)
1TB whole black pepper
3/4 Peepli
2/3 Black Cardamom
3/4 Green Cardamom
Half piece Nutmug
3/4 stick maze
2 Star Anis
1TB white cumin
2TB fennel seeds
2TB coriander seeds
3/4 bay leaves
2/3 cinnamon
1Ts Black Cumin
Powder Spices:
1TB Ginger Powder
2TB Red Chilli Powder
2TB Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1Ts Turmeric
Salt as per taste
Grind all whole spices and mix with powder spices. Nihari Masala is ready.
Ingredients for Nihari:-
1Kg Beff (Big Pieces)
Half Kg Nalli or Bones
Method:-
First put one cup of oil in pand and add 2TB ginger garlic paste, saute for 10 to 12 minutes and then add meat and bones. Now cook for 4 to 5 minutes nicely and then add 9 to 10 TB Nihari Masala. cook for 5 minutesthen add 2 ltr (8 to 10 glass) of water. Let it boil and then keep on low flame for 2 to 3 hors or till meat is tender.
in the mean time take 1 cup of flour, roast it and then mix water and make thin runny batter.
When meat is tender then take out the oil in seprate bowl and add flour mixture and keep stiring till it get thick. once it get thick then add oil which we seprated earlier. Then add coriander, ginger and green chilli.
