A small video on compiling a usb wifi device on Gentoo Linux.
This specific model is
TP-LINK TL-WN725N
A really easy to compile wifi device .
Become root and change directory t o "'/usr/src/linux" make sure your boot directory is mounted in my case "/dev/sda2" compile the following options listed below .
I tend to compile this as a module .
I used the following commands
cd /usr/src/linux
make menuconfig (Added the options below as modules)
mount /dev/sda2 /boot
make && make modules _install
make install
reboot
