In todays video I make the linen cottagecore dress of my dreams. I've been forever in awe of linen apron-dresses/pinafores like this one but never had the money to purchase one from the slow fashion businesses I've been drooling over. So, I finally decided to throw caution to the wind and apply my meager sewing skills to make myself one.
Come along with me through all the steps while I draft a pattern, cut out the fabric and sew the whole dress together.
This dress was a labour of love, and I am so proud of the end result. I will be re-attempting this dress at some point in the future with all I learned from this attempt.
Now excuse me while I pretend I'm gardening in a fantasy novel.
