2 Potatoes. My Canadian friend gave me this potato recipe, easy and delicious!

It's so delicious that I cook it almost every week! Incredible potato soup recipe that you will enjoy! I make it very often for my kids because they love it so much. Very easy to make, so everyone can make it. I think you will like this potato soup! You also can add some other vegetables or meat.

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
½ carrot
50g shrimps (optional)
Salt, black pepper, paprika
½ onion
Olive oil
50 g Mozella cheese
15g parsley

Recipe:
Medium heat
Pour olive oil in a pan
Chop 1/2 onion
Add to the pan
Stir fry for 2 minutes
Shred 1/2 carrot
Also add to the pan
Stir fry for 3 minutes
Set aside for later
Chop 2 peeled potatoes
Add to a pot
Pour in 600ml water
Add salt and black pepper
Paprika
Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat
Add the carrots
50g shrimps (optional)
Add 50g mozzarella cheese
Chop 15g parsley
Add to the pot
Done!
