2 oz / 60 ml London Dry Gin
3/4 oz / 22,5 ml Simple Syrup
1 oz / 30 ml Lemon Juice
2-3 oz / 60-90 ml Soda Water

MAPLE BLACKBERRY COLLINS
1,5 oz / 45 ml Bourbon
1/2 oz / 15 ml Maple Syrup
1 oz / 30 ml Lemon Juice
1/2 oz / 15 ml Crème de Mûre (or 4-5 fresh blackberries)
2-3 oz / 60-90ml Soda Water

GRAPEFRUIT ROSEMARY COLLINS
2 oz / 60 ml Tequila
3/4 oz / 22,5 ml Rosemary Syrup*
1 oz / 30 ml Grapefruit Juice
2-3 oz / 60-90 ml Soda water


* To make rosemary syrup, simply infuse fresh (or dry) rosemary
in simmering simple syrup for 10-15 minutes.
