The x5s is DJI’s entry-level interchangeable lens camera, sporting a Micro 4/3 sensor and able to shoot up to 5.2k raw video (show prores on the graphic).
The x7 is DJI’s higher end interchangeable lens camera which has a super 35mm sensor and the ability to shoot up to 6k raw video (show prores on the graphic).
The x7 camera
-compatible with DJI’s proprietary prime lenses which are fast and sharp
-great lowlight performance
-has superior color accuracy
The x5s also has several advantages:-it has a larger sensor than other drones
-compatible with third-party Micro 4/3 lenses
-up to 25 minutes of flight time
Side-by-side the images from each camera look incredible––especially for being on a drone. Both of these cameras are worthy of industrial use or high-end filmmaking. Choosing the right camera system for you comes down to budget and what type of quality you need for your project.
